Shipping

Discreet Packaging. All products are shipped in discreet packaging. It is impossible for anyone to know what is inside the box. The from address on the box is DFCF LLC.

Shipments to USA Addresses. UPS requires a physical street address for delivery. PO Box addresses need to be shipped using USPS Priority. All orders UPS and USPS including International shipments will receive a tracking number. Please provide an email address to receive your tracking number.

Shipments to Military Bases (APO/FPO) Addresses. For entering military addresses please select the military option in the shipping address screen choose either circle choice for APO or FPO (for the country) and for either circle choice AA, AP, or AE (for the state). Delivery to military addresses can take up to 10 business days and are shipped using USPS.

Canada & International Sales and  Shipping.  International shipments require customs paperwork and these shipments will take approximately 1-2 weeks from the shipping date to be delivered depending on customs clearance into your country. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. This can be tracked for your convenience on the www.USPS.com website.  Customers should check with local customs regulations to be aware of the laws within their country. All item that we sell on our site are legal in the USA, however if certain countries restrict these items for use or sale we cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by customs. We also are not held liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA. On all international shipments once the shipment arrives into the destination country and customs received the package, the customs agents make all the final delivery arrangements. After tracking the package on www.USPS.com and it states the package is in customs the customer can contact their local customs agents for final delivery information and arrangements. International shipping costs are usually much higher than domestic shipping rates. Special offers such as free shipping are not applicable on international orders. All government or private duties, taxes and fee are to be incurred by the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of the country's laws regarding the products purchased and Customs implications. All international sales are final and there is no return or exchange of the products. Once a payment has been received, there is no refund available.

High Risk Countries. Some countries that we have found to be risky as far as importing to with customs seizures and problems are Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, and South Korea. We take every effort to accommodate our customers but we cannot control deliveries to these "hot spots".

First-time International Customers. Due to the difficulties in the adult novelties businesses, we are instituting a first time international buyer limitation. First time international buyers using a credit card for payment are limited to a maximum order of $250.00. If your fist time order will exceed $300, you may pay via mail by international money order.

Customs. Please note that customs officials of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments.  Customs duties may or may not be imposed by customs officials in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges. Usually fees are not collected consistently on small parcels.

Description. We legally have to include a description of the contents on all international orders. Our descriptions are truthful but generic, not-sexually-related descriptions. For example, rubber plug, leather bracelets, jewelry, massager etc.

Handcuff Restrictions. FetishMeUp does not ship handcuffs outside of the United States or Canada.
