FetishMeUp Return and Exchange Policy.

Returns and exchanges of unwanted items (that are unopened/unused) may be returned within 30 days of the date the order is placed for store credit. Defective items can be made within 30 days of the date the order is placed for a replacement item or store credit. Please check size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering. Please read the full and complete return and exchange policy below and contact us with any questions.

Time. Returns and Exchanges of any items must be made within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Please allow up to three weeks for replacement items to arrive and for store credit to be credited.

Defective Items. Upon Customer's receipt of an order, any item found to be defective may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Shipping charges will be refunded for all defective items after the defective item has been received and verified. A replacement item will be shipped at no extra charge. Free return shipping labels are available upon request by emailing CustomerService@FetishMeUp.com.

Unsatisfactory Non-Defective Items. In the event of a customer's dissatisfaction with a non-defective item, store credit will be issued, the item may be returned for store credit at customer's expense. Subsequent orders using the customer's store credit will still incur shipping charges. Unwanted items that have been used or opened cannot be returned.

Pre-Notification.  All returns must be pre-notified. Prior to returning any defective or unwanted products, please contact CustomerService@FetishMeUp.com with Return or Exchange in the subject line to obtain approval for your exchange. Returns will NOT be accepted without a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order ID number, name and address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return.

Restrictions and Conditions on Returned Items. All returned items MUST be: 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.  Only items which are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as at the time of shipping can be returned. Due to health reasons, only those items that have not been used can be returned. These items are but not limited to: Dildos, Vibrators, Anal toys, Mouth gags, Chastity devices, Oils and Lubricants, Panties, Insertables, Jocks, Briefs, and any other items that are capable of being inserted into any bodily orifice,  or that are capable of breaking the surface of the skin, or that contact the genitals when used as well as any latex clothing. For non-defective items it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping charges. Customers are advised to obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. FETISHMEUP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST RETURNS.
